Ability to generate username based on personal email address.

Summary:

We have a request to create a username in security console based on personal email address of employees. Currently, we only have options as below in security console :-

1) Email

2) FirstName.LastName

3) FLastName

4) Person or Party number.

Is it possible to generate usernames based on personal email address ?
