Hi Experts,
We are planning to use the 'Workforce Scheduling' part of our new implementation. But when I went through the replay of the webinar and also few documentations, it does not say where to associate the calendar events to the work pattern that we directly associate with employee assignments.
If anybody has used the workforce scheduling , could you please share the steps you followed to achieve the end -to-end process like, calendar events, associating the calendar events to 'Work Pattern Type' and if possible HSDL template to load the work patterns to the employees in bulk.
