How to update the Publish End Date in Offering using HDL File ?

Summary:

I am trying to update the publish end date as (2023/10/26) in Offering, and the HDL file got loaded successfully, But while checking from frontend navigation the updated publish end date is not reflecting.

Below is the HDL file format which I am using to update the publish end date in offering.

Can you please share your inputs on it, that how to achieve this through HDL file.
