How to enable/disable/hide "Mark as Reviewed" under Contracts Requiring Attention?

Summary:

Our business requirements are to allow access to "Mark as Reviewed" option (under Contracts Requiring Attention, as well as Manage Customer Contracts, only to users with certain custom role. We tried getting some direction on this via SR, but there doesn't seem to be any specific Privilege or User-Role that controls access to this particular function. Hence, we have to try and achieve this using customization via Page Composer or Structure or Application Composer.

Please help if anyone tried this or have an idea on how to achieve this.
