Changing Aggregation/Group of Column in OTBI

Hello,

I have a Logical SQL report to combine data from the "Workforce Succession Management - Incumbent Plans Real Time" and "Workforce Succession Management - Plan Candidates Real Time" Subject Areas. I'm calculating the Succession Strength in Column 2 using data from the Succession Candidates, and so it is showing repeated values. Is there grouping or aggregate function I can use so that the values in Column 2 have the same value suppression as shown in the Column 1 "Plan ID" which is based on Incumbent data? Or is the only through conditional formatting? I'm trying to
