Incomplete information in the dashboard Customer Listing Report

Site Purpose Source Reference field does not always display record information

In the dashboard Customer Listing Report: Tab: Customer Address Information, the "Site Purpose Source Reference" field for records that were uploaded by FBDI template does not show any information. But the customer that were created from the UI does show the ID associated by the application.

Why can't I see the ID for records loaded by template?

And how can I show the id for those records where the information does not appear?
