Migrate Ex-Employees data to HCM Cloud
We are looking for a best practice approach to migrating ex-employees to HCM Cloud via HDL files. Eg what is the minimum data required.
Would be grateful for any tips of any different options and pro's and con's if possible.
Options we are considering:
1. Migrate worker as at the latest hire date (not assignment start date) of the person and then terminate the work relationship as on termination date of that person.
2. Migrate Worker and then cancel the worker relationship (purges)- can we cancel work relationship with HDL? Benefit = Load all on same start date date
Any assistance/recommendation would be appreciated.
