SmartView 23.210 pop-up during installation

Hi Oracle,

There is a pop up coming while installing 23.210 version of Smartview, so is this pop up added by Oracle side. For reference find the attached screenshot.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

The pop up is occurring even when all Microsoft Office applications are closed prior to install. After clicking "retry" the pop up closes and installation resumes normally. The pop up behavior is unexpected. The pop up appears even when MS Office apps are closed.

"Please close all Microsoft Office applications to install Oracle Smart View for Office successfully"
