Hi all,

I have a problem when hiring an employee from Colombian legal employer - the Marital Status is mandatory although I define it as not required.

These are the rules in Hire an employe.

As you can see the material status is not required

When I try to add a new hire from some legal entity the system behaves as expected and this field is not mandatory.

But there is a problem when I hire people from Columbia legal entity.

This field became mandatory and when I hire new employee I don't know this data.
