Calculation manager access defined at cube level

Summary:

Is it possible to define security by cube in calculation manager? My user who was previously working on Essbase on cloud wants access to business rules to view and update it. We are planning to migrate this cube from OAC Essbase to one of the EPBCS custom cubes which means he will have access to the other cubes as well if I give him Service admin role. Is there is any way where we can restrict his access to rules (editing and viewing) in calculation manager by cube. I just want him to have access to edit the rules
