Integrating Web center portal on OCI with IDCS for user authentication and authorization

We have E&E portal developed using WebCenter portal deployed on OCI and WebCenter Content server on premise.

We have Employee and Employer as customer who will be login into the portal.

On IDCS we have two domain, one for employee and one for employer.

We want to integrate user login /authentication/authorization with IDCS domain.

How we can achieve this?
