Report for item cost with trade operations

Summary:

We need to have like a precosting and final costing report.

Precosting is that before receiving we need to know what is the price that the item will cost us with the trade operations

Final Costing is that the PO is approved and allocation done. but not yet received.

Is there any report which could give those details
