Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

A co-worker with admin access to our planning app is no longer able to import files in the Explore Repository . She can click on File and then Import, but "File..." is grayed out, as is "URL..." Only "Financial Reporting Documents..." is available.

She imports files monthly and was able to last month. I have the same access to our app and am able to import files. Does anyone know why my co-worker can't?
