Smartview works in Dev but not prod for one user, but works in prod for other users (SSO?)

I got a weird issue....

A user stated that they have performance problems in Smartview.

They are trying to retrieve on an FCCS SV that is a consolidated view. This SV was emailed from co-workers that use the same exact retrieve without any problems.

The user, if he reduces the rows from 500 accounts to 5, is able to make the retrieve work (so it's not a security problem, as Accounts do not have security on it).

I did the standard checks: The SV version, it's on 23.100, while old, it's not super old, and my own SV worked no problem and is on 22.100 (dont judge me! :D). Checked the addons, disabled anyhting unrelated to SV etc.
