Is the Revoke User Access field from HCM termination process available in BI Publisher?

Summary:

The field "Revoke User Access" stores option of revoking user access on Termination. We need to pull it in a BI Publisher report, but we have not been able to find what table it may reside in.

We need to pull the field Revoke User Access to a BI Publisher report but we could not find it documentation for Oracle tables and views for HCM 23C.

Overall we were hoping to use this field to capture the event from HCM and use to deactivate the users Active Directory (AD) Account via custom integrations. There was a similar post from 2017 of someone looking for this field in OTBI and response was it was not available and the thread recommended creating a DFF. Ideally we could grab the native field from BI Publisher. In screen shots below I show the screen in Oracle and also a section of an email notification that is sent out referencing the field.
