Summary: After running Create Accounting in Draft user goes to run in Final mode but it errors and the subprocess errors with this message: Review the Create Accounting process execution report with process identifier XXXXX for the events processed and journal entries created. This is a restarted job.

There is nothing in the exception report either.

Another user logs in and runs the Create Accounting in Final mode for the same parameters and it works with no issues.
