Differentiating Organization Values When a Single Org ID has Multiple Classifications

Summary:

Someone with our organization recently loaded department renames using a spreadsheet template. One of those departments had a classification name of division in error on the template. Now we have a single organization having both a department and division classification and the same effective start dates. We have an integration that takes the organization ID and effective start date and combines them to create a unique key. This caused that integration to fail. When we use either Manage Department or Manage Division functionality in the UI to update effective start date, it will automatically apply the same change to the
