Differentiating Organization Values When a Single Org ID has Multiple Classifications

Someone with our organization recently loaded department renames using a spreadsheet template. One of those departments had a classification name of division in error on the template. Now we have a single organization having both a department and division classification and the same effective start dates. We have an integration that takes the organization ID and effective start date and combines them to create a unique key. This caused that integration to fail.
