Unable to upgrade to pay as you go from free tier!

Summary:

I have signed up for the free tier since oct-2023, but now when i click on add payment method it loads the following error :

You are not authorized to view this page. The transaction has not been processed.

If the problem persists please report your problem and quote the following Error Reference Number: **Hidden

Tried changing browsers, still same.

Can someone from internal team help me out?
