Redwood Customization Helper Tool not connecting with url, username and password details

edited May 20, 2024 5:07PM in HCM Redwood Personalization Helper Tool 77 comments

Summary:

We are using the Redwood Customization Helper tool - it works fine until we try to run it with the Username and Password (so we can migrate Flexfield data). We keep receiving the message "Invalid username or password" but the username and password work fine when accessing via the URL. We also created another dummy user to test and we get the same issue.

We do not have SSO enabled and the User account contains the seeded EE role as per Oracle's instructions for this type of user for the Tool

Attached is screen shot of the error.
