Users not able to re-attempt e-learning

Summary:

We found out our e-learning was set to single attempts and so reset them to unlimited attempts to match our scorm pack but learners cannot re-try the learning.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Having reset our e-learning to unlimited attempts the system is allowing learners who failed previously another attempt to pass the e-learning but they cannot access the course as there is no button to click as per the screen message.

We only went live with Learning on the 5th February so still finding our way through issues
