What is the difference between "Manage Items" and "Browse Items" menu in PIM?

In Oracle PIM Cloud, there are two menu items "Manage Items" and "Browse Items". From a feature standpoint we see both are performing same function of searching and updating the items. Is there a fundamental difference between the two?
