Password Policies

Building on the question posted here, we aim to establish two password policies in our Cloud configuration. The first policy should employ basic authentication for a user group designated for EPM Automate/REST APIs and similar scenarios where SAML-based authentication is unsupported. The second policy will implement SAML-based Single Sign-On (SSO) for a group comprising regular human users.

Could anyone guide us on how to configure these distinct password policies? Additionally, how can we assign specific users to a particular password policy?
