Does Oauth authentication for EPM Automate service users eliminate the need for a username/password?

Summary:

Does Oauth authentication for EPM Automate service users eliminate the need for a username/password type service user in Oracle OCI platform for Planning and Budgeting Cloud? I'm trying to eliminate the IDCS login screen for data automation.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Currently we have a service user which is a username/password type for our EPM Automate data loads to our Planning and Budgeting Cloud instance. This is causing automation issues because we must have both types of users in the OCI domain (SSO, and username/password) which takes all users to the IDCS page to log in. Having to do that extra click to use the SSO is making it very difficult to automate any sort of data tools outside of PBCS, including Smartview. Is it possible to eliminate the need for the username/password type service user if we instead use Oauth

Howdy, Stranger!
