Cybersource credit card processing - storing incorrect masked credit card number

We have implemented Credit Card processing with Cybersource as our Credit Card processor. We are also using Bill Management for customer to add credit cards and pay invoices. When a credit is add by the customer through BM or a credit card is added through the Collections screen, once the record is saved, the masked credit card field in Fusion contains the masked token number instead of the masked credit card number. So customers are getting confused on what they are seeing. Has anyone else seen this issue ?
