Does Redwood Transition impacts reports and analytics, Approvals and workflow notifications?

Summary:

In the 24A release notes for some features, it is mentioned that the approvals will flow as it was previously. Features don't have those approval notes that need the approval configuration, is my understanding correct? May I know in which upgrade release will approval for Skills and Qualifications be supported

will there be any impact on Dashboards, reports, and Analytics?
