How to get when candidate moved to next step or status - BI Taleo

Summary:

I have a report request to show list of submissions indicating submission date and date moved to next step or status. This data extract shall show the submissions for each candidate and Historical Status Name with various activities e.g. Meets Basic Qualifications , Rejected , Denied with different  Historical Status Event Date

I want the report to only show the first transaction when the candidate move to the new stage.
