Unable to pass parameters in ESS Job REST API

Summary:

I am trying to use ESS Job REST API to submit ESS Job requests from VBCS application. The PATCH operation of the REST API works fine , but it does not pass the parameters to the ESS Job.I have tested it in Postman and VBCS, and i have noticed the same behaviour. The ESS Job Request gets submitted but parameter values are not passed.

Can anyone let me know how can i pass the parameters in this the REST API.
