REST API emps 404 forbidden error

Summary:

Hi All,

We were trying to GET all employees via REST API. But it is ending up in an error with '404 forbidden' message. The user by whom we are performing this transaction has user account attached and has all the roles from HR Specialist spot integration specialist. But it still seems to be ending up in an error state. Any idea on why this is happening? if we are missing to add some privileges or duty roles or anything? Please share your thoughts?
