Audit tables for Roles and privileges

Summary:

We want to create custom report for

1.if any new roles added or removed , and

2. if any privileges are added , updated or removed to the roles. 

Actually we are getting details from OPSS. for getting more information we plan for custom report.

so in which tables the roles and privileges audit information got populated. could please help me on this problem.

If any one knows the solution please help me on this and provide if any document available.

If any one prepared the custom report for this please provide me the SQL query.
