Balance Load from ERP is Intermittently Loading Blank Values

We have a process where we need to load the previous month's balance information for the first half of the new period to help support the Close process. We have noticed that the balance load job from ERP occasionally has a job where the balance values are blank, which causes any previously closed recs to re-open.

There is no real pattern to this behavior, and it doesn't happen every month.
