Smart View Zoom In

Summary:

"Zoom In" is no longer working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled smart view. It worked for 1 adhoc pull, but now is not working again. Double-clicking doesn't work either & it is selected as an option. I hope someone has a remedy to this situation.
