$application.user.roles does not hide the action at myteam-learning page

Summary:

$application.user.roles does not hide the action at myteam-learning page or at learn-landing pages using custom roles with common duty role assigned. This works for personlizations but not working for VBS. Also I can show:showrequestnoncatalog learning anymore regardless of the default.
