Production Scheduling is not taking in account changeover rules

Summary:

We are trying to set up PS using work definition operrations DFFs, the value set is set as independent. The changeover rules have been configured and all the schedule options are set up as per manual. But when we run the schedule, we are no able to highlight the attribute in the gantt chart and when we try to solve the schedule, the solver disregards the changeover sequence and the setup time.

I'll appreciate any advice because I've ran out of ideas
