Department created successfully but can't see it
Summary:
Hello - another user created a department and it looked like it was successfully created in the transactions console, without error. When we go to search for the department, we cannot find it. Another user was able to create the department (same exact name and code) and we can see that one. Now the user who created the original department can see duplicates in any department list of values. Any idea?
