Default DFF on Record external learning/Request Non catalog learning

Summary:

We would like default DFF on Record external learning/Request Non catalog learning with some values like Company . Is it possible through VB Studio in the express mode ?

We have already tried Initial Default option on DFF. It default correctly on Learning specialist page , but not on Redwood for learner/managers.
