how to populate HRC_TXN_HEADER_ARCHIVE and HRC_TXN_DATA_ARCHIVE table

How to populate HRC_TXN_HEADER_ARCHIVE and HRC_TXN_DATA_ARCHIVE table.

we have requirements to build a report to identify Resignation approval information . We are trying to get object id HRC_TXN_FND_BPM_TASK_VL table but noticed object_id is missing at this view. After further analysis, we found object id is referring from HRC_TXN_HEADER_ARCHIVE table and we see there is no data in this table.

How to populate this table ? Or How can i get object_id from any archived table.
