Environment, Health and Safety Manager - Custom Role not working

Summary:

Copied the standard role 'Environment, Health and Safety Manager' and assigned the custom role to an Admin user. User is unable to see any incidents where as the user is able to see incidents if standard role is assigned.

Data security is added to both roles.

Role Comparison shows no difference between the standard and Custom roles.
