How to Restrict the Item Modification for Standard Work Order through Page Personalization

Hi,

Requirement: The user should be restricted from modifying the Items/BOM at the time of Standard Work Order Creation alone. For Rework & Non Standard Work Orders this is not applicable. How to achieve this via Page Personalization by making that tab read-only or non-editable.
