How to set up an intern profile to automatically terminate when the Probation End Date is reached?

The business has requested that if the employee "Intern" profile reaches the probation end date, the active profile be terminated automatically.

Here, the business requirement is that if the below conditions were met, then the active profile of the employee should be automatically terminated

Person Type = Intern (without payroll)

Probation End Date = Given date

Assignment Status = Active - Payroll Eligible

Probation end date location,
