How to make comments mandatory for managers while rejecting a timecard.

edited Mar 25, 2024 1:25PM in Workforce Management 1 comment

Summary:

We want to make comments mandatory while rejecting a timecard  in Approval notification and Team Time Cards.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

When employee submits a time card, it goes for approval. The manager can approve or reject the timecard in bell notification or team time card. When managers reject the time card, then comments should be made mandatory because otherwise the employee will not know why the time card was rejected.
