How Project Accountants can review other subledger period status

Hi Team

Our Client wants their project accountants to be able to review other subledgers (AP, AR, FA, GL etc) period statuses during the month end before they close periods in project costing. Is there a report to show the other subledger status by period? (or) Is it possible to create a custom role to show other subledger period status
