Business object {TOP_BO} can't be processed because the {BO_NAME} component already exists in the fi

When trying to upload a Worker layout, the system is displaying the following error message for some titles:

Business object {TOP_BO} can't be processed because the {BO_NAME} component already exists in the file. Provide only one METADATA line for each component.

EG:

Business object Worker can't be processed because the PersonAddress component already exists in the file. Provide only one METADATA line for each component.  

And there is no PersonAddress twice.
