Hcm extract: Document of record failure

Summary:

Hi all,

I have created an extract and whilst setting delivery type as Document of Record, it goes through all green but it does not actually create the DoR in the person record.

the split by/deliver by and all the setup is correct and have followed the whitepaper out there that guides through this solution.

Any ideas as to what might causing the non creation, before I raise an SR?
