Can landing page urls be masked to hide the unique identifier /LP=123?

Customer feedback from surveys sent via SMS has identified mistrust of our landing page URL format. Is there a way to hide or change the landing page identifier in the URL so it appears as text? Something like this: microsite/customer satisfaction survey.
