how to check approver person number in approvals of resignation

we have an approval flow for resignation LM -> DL -> BPHR

There is an use case where the LM is in higher position than DL. These cases will come for CEO and other Co founders who are in higher grade.

So we need to skip the DL approval if the LM grade is higher than DL. how can we check the grades of approver in oracle bpm worklist approvals.

If there isn't any approach to get the grade of approvers. Is it possible to get the person number of approver because we will hard code with the higher grade persons for DL approval stage.
