Review inventory valuation UI has no data

Summary:

The review inventory valuation UI does not display any data. The UI displays valuation data only till the Jan period and there is no data displayed for Feb and March periods. We observed that the last inventory movement was towards the end of Jan and there is no movement/transactions in Feb and March periods. Is this something that governs displaying of valuation details in the UI and the valuation reports?. Ideally, as long as the stock is available in the inventory, the valuation should be displayed regardless of whether there was inventory movement/transactions.
