Summary:

"Additional Budgetary control Liquidation validation" option is not shown in Manage Budgetary Control and Encumbrance Accounting page.

This option should appear between "Synchronize hierachy maintenance" and "Secure control budget definitions" option.

How could we make this option to show up?
