unable to see notifications my tasks page for message based process

Summary:

Hi i have designed a message based workflow it is triggered from VBCS once it trigger i am unable to see notification in My tasks page

but once if trigger another process like form based, i am able to see the notification. until unless if i trigger something its not showing.

is it like a bug or something i am not able to understand we are using OIC gen 2


and also i have added that user to the swimlanes
