Can we restrict the POET values in the requisition preferences?

Summary:

The business would like to restrict the project values that are available in the list of values (LOV). For instance, the project ID is mapped to specific expenditure organization, that should only be available in the LOV. However, we can still select any of the expenditure organization in the LOV.

In this sample screenshot, we have defined the Project Number and all other POET details:

However, in the Expenditure Organization, there are a lot available values and can be selected by the requester.

Is this something that we can restrict? Kindly advise.
