We have a requirement to change the notification template of the Document of Record approval notification. When we access the template from BI to modify it, the template shows the updated layout we want. However, this change is not reflected in the system, and the approval notification still looks like the old one we want to change. Is there another way to access the DOR notification template? We accessed it through BI >Shared Folders> Human Capital Management > Work flow notifications > Manage DOR Report and Manage DOR Post Approval Report
